„I want to thank the entire team for making my dental appointment as comfortable as possible. Doctor was very helpful and calm. Also staff were very supportive. They guided me in English because my Deutsch was not good 😅 overall good experience 🤩“

„I am in excruciating pain, and have been on pain killers for the past 5 days. After pulling out my wisdom tooth the doctor left a gauze piece in my mouth and literally walked out of the room without giving me any care advice, medication, or idea of what to expect. I was left to ask the attending nurse how I was supposed to take care of it, to which the answer was - take pain killers if you feel any pain. (I am following a pain killer prescription from family doctor's, as I had no instructions from the dentist) Over the day's the pain substantially increased, spreading to my ear and jaw. On day 4, I went in for an emergency appointment to the doctor for the pain. He spent 5 minutes, leaving me with a prescription of antibiotics, flushing the area with water, no advice and follow up (again), and more pain than when I came in. As I was leaving I asked the reception if I can speak to the doctor again because the pain had increased and I was told off to follow what the doctor said. I am having to visit another dentist to get the pain fixed, as pain killers are not helping anymore. I hope this is read by the doctor, and other patients are not treated this way Update: I received the correct diagnosis and correct treatment for the complication from another dentist. This treatment should have been done by Dr. Liebehnson the second time I visited with immense pain. The complication occurred due to oral hygiene like the practice suggested. This was because I was not aware what to do and not do after the procedure as the doctor walked out of the room right after the procedure. I truly empathize with language barriers being a non-german speaker in the country and try my best to speak the language when I can. However, this was a case where language barriers cannot be taken as an excuse. The doctor was able to communicate with me in English enough to understand what my case was when I came in, and talk to me about my work during the procedure. It shouldn't have been a barrier to say: Do no not eat food for X hours, do not spit, do not wash mouth. Those simple instruction either verbally or written would have avoided this entire situation. I do not expect a follow up or reply from the practice, rather I put this up so that my experience can guide other people.“
